What this role looks like day-to-day:
- Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home design consultations
- Guide clients through layout, materials, and investment options
- Build trust through education, not pressure
- Present solutions and close projects ranging from mid-five to six figures
- Collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure a seamless handoff
You will need to be comfortable working with discerning homeowners who expect professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Compensation Range: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year
